EJREC was launched to achieve the following objectives:

• Address the challenges and opportunities present in the emerging areas of energy and environment, and support the development of a sustainable energy future for Jordan.

• Creating a platform for academics, technologists, entrepreneurs and policymakers to interact and exchange ideas, know-how and technologies in the renewable energy field.

• Educate the participants through offering a highly focused technical program consisting of presentations, panel discussions and academic sessions.

The Expo gave participating companies the opportunity to display their new products and latest technologies.
